Newest Healthcare-Insurance Law-Maker's Gag

I can't believe it!
I just read "Senate bill fines people refusing health coverage" - this is really the worst idea of all!
This really shows what mindset is ruling this country.

The Congressional Budget Office estimated the fines will raise around $36 billion over 10 years. Under the federal legislation, families would pay higher penalties than individuals.
The result will be raising the poverty in this country by law.
I predict there will be more private bankruptcies than ever.

And there is the suggested text of this law:
TITLE I: HEALTHY AMERICANS PRIVATE INSURANCE PLANS
Subtitle A – GUARANTEED PRIVATE COVERAGE
Section 123: Definitions and Special Rules:
Bankruptcy: Debts created by failing to pay premiums are not dischargeable through bankruptcy.
Does that mean that more penitentiaries have to be build to fill them up with poor people?
Or will slavery come back to save the system?

It is the lawmakers dream that people would be required to carry health insurance just like motorists must get auto coverage now. Will people then be required to carry a sign on their forehead, as it is said in Revelation 13:16,17 in the Bible?

Who had the idea to compare people with cars? There is a big difference between a car and a human being - lawmakers may have forgotten: a car can be abandoned, but a human being?
What do they expect? Suicide?

And it is not only so that under the federal legislation families would pay higher penalties than individuals, but further the penalties are connected to the cost of Health Insurance, that means, if Premiums are rising, penalties are rising, too.

All this will lead to an increase in bureaucracy, increase in cost, increase in poverty, increase in suicide.

Only Orwell could predict what is happening now. This is not worth to be called a Health Care Reform, because it will bring more trouble, more worries, and more illness to people.
It is contra-productive!

Where are the fines for companies who do refuse to pay Health Insurance for their employees?

Is this the way to do Healthcare Reform by installing fines? A part of the excessive Healthcare costs are the high Premiums Physicians have to pay to be able to do their job - they already have their fines, which have to be paid by all people who need medical care.

Healthcare Reform needs positive Incentives, otherwise it will be dead soon.
